I’m Van White, an Impact Enablement Coach, Business Consultant, and keynote speaker with nearly two decades of business and coaching experience. Since 2005, my mission has been to partner with high achievers to enable them to define, activate and live the impact they were designed to make on this world.
My passion took flight after becoming a coach with Radiance Partners LLC and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) earning my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials.
I’ve had the privilege of equipping students, careers-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and military service members at every stage, with a clear vision, strategy, tools, and confidence to deliver their authentic impact.
My core belief pushed me to designed programs that meet achievers where they are and take them further than they imagined—through powerful coaching, transformational workshops, and immersive professional learning experiences.
